Leadership Development Programs

No two organizations are alike, and the leadership development and team-building needs can be different. I take the time to meet with your leadership team and listen to the challenges you are facing. Having run a large company with 1,000+ employees and departments with few as a handful of employees, I can relate to challenges at all levels of the organization and help strategize and curate a workshop specific to your needs.

My areas of expertise include communication, talent optimization, leadership effectiveness, and building organizational capacity. For example, I offer a communication workshop titled “Every Communication is an Opportunity.” This workshop explores how interpersonal relationships and the impact communications can have on others. The workshop is highly interactive, and the content can be tailored to a specific industry or organization. Hundreds of individuals have participated in this workshop and have given it stellar ratings for providing memorable tips, best practices, and practical lessons for communicating more effectively.

The learning preferences assessment is for organizations looking to improve team communication or increase organizational capacity through better knowledge retention. Each participant receives a personalized report detailing their learning preferences and what it means to them personally and others around them. Your organization also gets a corporate report summarizing the various learning preferences throughout the team or organization. We will dive into this rich content in a lively and fast-paced interactive session, review your organization’s learning preferences, and explore what they mean to the business.

Personality Types

Many employees spend more time at work with their colleagues than they do with family and friends. Therefore, the interpersonal relationships they share with their co-workers can significantly impact their overall health and wellness. These interpersonal relationships can also impact organizational effectiveness, teamwork, and productivity.

This interpersonal relationship program includes a short- or long-form assessment to explore the various personality types in the workplace. Each participant is provided a questionnaire and receives an assessment indicating their personality styles. We then spend most of the session drilling into the various personality styles and discussing each style’s strengths and weaknesses. Participants have a newfound understanding of their personality style and a new awareness of their colleagues’ personality styles. Unlike similar assessments, your employees will long remember and utilize the takeaways they learn during this team-building program.
