I have an important message to share with employers looking to fill open positions. Your talent strategy and processes are causing you to miss out on hiring some great talent, and you are losing them to your competitors! How do I know this? I have assisted 100+ individuals with career transition over the past year, and have seen numerous occurrences of candidates accepting a role at a competitor. Here is the scenario. The job candidate has multiple rounds of interviews with Company A, and things appear to be going well from both parties’ perspectives. Then, the candidate suddenly accepts a job at Company B, which often is a competitor. I can tell you the top reason this occurs, and I have an answer to the problem.
